Serial Dater - It's actually the last song I wrote for the CD. I wanted a song I could play in the clubs and see people dancing to. The title pretty much sums up this song… it’s about dating guy after guy, all asking the same dumb questions, each of them putting on an act, trying to impress you. And you're am just waiting for someone different to come along.

Weekend Girl - This was the first song I ever recorded. It’s about breaking up with someone, and the guy says he wants to make it work but he won’t put in the effort until he’s lonely on the weekend. It’s about that awful, unhealthy kind of relationship that is off and on too many times until the girl has finally had enough.

The Best Company - This was a fun one for me to write. I wrote it for my friends who asked me to sing at their wedding reception. It’s about wanting to spend every moment with the person you love. You don’t have to do anything. You just enjoy eachother’s company. You look forward to waking up next to them just like you look forward to your morning coffee each day.

So Pretty -  I collaborated with my friends Jack Dill and Bill Scott. It’s my happy song. It’s about dating, really getting to know someone and falling for them all before that first kiss. And you just can’t wait for that first kiss, and when you finally get it, you fall for them even more.

No Mr. Charming - I’ve had the video for this song in my mind since I sang it in the studio. It’s about being in a bar, and no matter what kind of bar you are in, you can just feel how desperate people are to hook up, especially when it’s last call. It’s about a guy, putting on his charm, and if you turn him down, he’ll hit on the girl right next to you. And you’re not falling for it. You'll go home alone, and wake up with no regrets.
